Companies use strategic planning tools (ways of analysing certain aspects of the company) to identify business areas that need addressing to achieve their organisational goals.

You need to be fully conversant in these tools - know what they are and how they are used to imrove the business along with their limitations:

  • force field analysis

  • Gantt chart
